Director of Finance and Accounting - (Greensboro, NC)

DiY Parts is an ecommerce exclusive, 10-person organization, seeking someone to take over our financial operations. Our ideal hire would be someone who has solid background as a bookkeeper with enough business finance knowledge to be able to lead that department. You will need to demonstrate your expertise to direct a company financially if your background has not allowed you to do that already. Responsibilities: -- Monitor daily financial activities of the company including payroll, accounts receivable/payable, invoicing and other transactions -- Bookkeeping data entry of aforementioned accounts -- Compose for senior leadership accounting reports -- Advise leadership team on company's financial health, direction and decisions -- Create and monitor department budgets -- Approving / Disapproving spending requests -- Administrative authority of all financial matters Skills & Qualifications -- Proficient with QuickBooks On-line and Ms office products. --
