HHA/CNA for Small Group Home - Paid Training! - (Dewitt, MI)

Optimal Medical Staffing is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to work at a small group home (6 residents) in DeWitt. This is a beautiful home in a country setting with high staff-to-resident ratios. Residents have traumatic brain injury with care plans that call for a high-level of community integration.The right applicant must be attentive, dedicated, punctual and organized. A caring, dependable and positive "can do" attitude is a must. A strong work ethic with a proven record of attendance and punctuality is required. Experience with traumatic brain injury is a plus. Employees must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.Pay for HHAs is $12/hour during the week, $13/hour on weekends. Pay for CNAs is $13/hour during the week, $14/hour on weekends.Current Needs Are:Full-time Days (7a-7p): Tuesdays and WeekendsFull Time Nights (7p-7a)Part-time Nights (7p-7a)Per DiemAll employees work under the direct supervision of the home's administrator.
