Help develop and maintain high levels of employee engagement and to ensure adherence to established policies and programs. ?Talent Management ? Supports local leadership in processes related to workforce readiness and planning, performance management, succession planning, compensation administration and other human capital processes. ?Talent Acquisition ? Supports local leadership teams in sourcing, recruiting and selecting top talent. Provides training and education related to legal and effective interviewing and selection practices. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with agency recruiting resources.
