Manager It Compliance - ValoremUnder the administrative direction of the SVP, Operations, is responsible for administrative, professional leadership, and managerial work, and direction of the Technical Services Department that supports the organization. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies related to compliance and security matters, as well as providing guidance on such matters. This position oversees the IT systems and technology for Valorem and will develop short and long-range plans and strategies to implement new and emerging technology to provide the necessary data capabilities required to conduct the organizations business effectively and efficiently. In addition, directs the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to protect the organization data, software, and systems from unauthorized modification, destruction, disclosure and operational compliance.
