Mid-level Mergers and Acquisition Associate Attorney - (New Orleans, LA)

New Orleans office of our client seeks mid-level associate attorney with 3-5yrs of background working on public company finance, mergers and acquisition or other commercial financing matters. The applicant will serve in the commercial lending and financial transactions practice. Will represent sophisticated firm clients in public and private financing transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting all types of senior, subordinated, secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities and debt financings and other lending transactions. Manage deals independently and responsibly, as well as collaborate together with other attorneys, teammates, and partners on transactions. Should preferably have background with mergers and acquisition, or other transactional deals, and contract preparation and negotiation.
