PROPERTY MANAGER NEEDED IN PINE BLUFF. FREE ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED We recently acquired a 95 lot mobile home park in Pine Bluff. We are looking to hire either : (1) an ON-SITE manager who would live RENT-FREE in the 2BD/1BA single family home in the park (2) an OFF-SITE manager who is local to the area and can visit frequently and on short-notice if necessary. Management charges would be $400 per month or $4, 800 per year. In your reply, please indicate whether you are interested in on-site or off-site management. This is a part time position in both cases. Park Overview The park has 95 lots that are 0% occupied. Some mobile homes are owned by tenants. There are about twenty units which need to be rehabbed in order to get the park up to speed. Responsibilities While the property manager is always quot;on-callquot;, total expected work need is approx five hours in an average week. Unlike apartments, tenants own their own homes, so you would not be responsible for 2am phone calls to unplug toilets.
