Provide quality customer service while communicating next steps of insurance process and setting expectations with the client and agents. Assist with inbound phone calls by providing agents and clients with application status updates. Interpret and enter data from Life Insurance Applications into Carrier application system. Assist with carrier research and organizational tasks as assigned.Become and remain proficient in required computer applicationsMaintain current product knowledge of applicable insurance products for all carriers.Conduct Application and Medical Surveys with Insurance Candidates over the phone, documenting accurate application info during medical survey.Adjust premium quotes as needed
