JOB DETAILS IDENTIFICATION Position title: Insurance Compliance Coordinator Department: Contract Compliance Department FLSA Classification: Non-exempt Reports To: Contract Compliance Supervisor Location: Oceanside, CA Status: Full time OVERVIEW OF JOB The Insurance Compliance Coordinator is an integral part of the compliance process, responsible for obtaining updated proof of insurance coverage from vendors to maintain compliance with KBS’ vendor agreement. In addition, the position will initiate the termination process for vendors that do not comply with insurance requirements. The position will utilize exceptional management expertise and focus on direct communication and consistent follow-up with existing vendors. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Sends follow up emails to vendors and their insurance producers requesting updated proof of General Liability, Auto Liability, Workers Compensation, and Fidelity Bond insurance coverages
