Member Service Rep/Teller - (Fort Worth, TX)

Perform transactions that effect accounts such as deposit, withdrawals, and payments. Balance and reconcile cash drawer and checks daily. Assist members in completing all account applications, loan applications, and any other requests. Provide members and other individuals with one-to-one support through all channels of communications. Analyze loan applications and qualify candidates based on lending policies and guidelines and process completed applications, making sure to get all necessary paperwork and other items required. Assist members with checking/ATM/Debit card/ACH fraud situations. Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that shows confidence, confidentiality and professionalism with members, vendors, coworkers and management. Connect Credit Association financial solutions to members' financial needs. Maintain regulatory compliance including Bank Secrecy Act.
