Benchmark Mortgage in Toledo, OH is looking for an experienced Loan Officer Assistant to assist the Loan Officer in originating high-quality loans. Essential Job responsibilities: Set all appointments for the Loan Officer and team. Confirm appointments the day before and if a message is left, also call the day of the appointment. Answer all incoming phone calls for the team and follow-up by the end of the day. Schedule 2 (2) call back times in the Loan Officer's day and change voicemail to reflect those times. Administer the Birthday program and VIP list. Maintain and add all leads to the Lead Tracker. Update the referral source every time contacts are made and attempted with a lead. Give the borrower a verbal list of what to bring and directions to our office. Email confirmation of appointment (including a list of what to bring, directions, and a testimonial) to the agent, borrower and Loan Officer. Print credit reports and place in the appointment folders; have folders ready for the appointment.
