Activities - Life Floor is entering its rapid growth phase. This means the Engineering Technician will start with a broad spectrum of assignments and duties. As the company grows and the engineering team expands, the Engineering Technician will have an opportunity to steer their career into the roles they prefer. We want all our employees to land in roles they are uniquely qualified to do and enjoy doing them. To start, these are the primary activities the Engineering Technician will be accountable for. Pilot Lab Operator - Engineering will create many versions of its foam formulation in an effort to improve product quality and performance. These new formulas will be tried on the smaller pilot equipment prior to scaling to fullsize manufacturing equipment. The Engineering Technician will receive the new formulation, batch the ingredients according to the formulation, compound and cure them using the pilot lab equipment.
