Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Day to day functions): * Mentor and provide technical direction to Research Analysts pertaining to dissemination and name search functions * Ensure that the Teammates comply with all appropriate legal and regulatory qualifications when reporting to the requesting organization. * Ensure that the Teammates comply with the min qualifications of FBI-s Research Analyst Certification Program. * Ensure all facts are relayed accurately and high-quality standards are maintained. * Ensure contractor production and QA metrics are measured and reported accurately. * Compile reporting info on production and QA metrics. * Assists Program Manager in reviewing QA discrepancies.
