The Associate Clinical Director supports the Clinical Director in the effective operation and ongoing assessment of clinical services provided at the facility. These functions of the Associate Clinical Director include the provision of appropriate clinical services such as individual, family, and group therapy. The applicant who fills this position will serve as a professional role model, leader, mentor, and clinical resource/educator for patients, families, and colleagues.Major Accountabilities of the Associate Clinical Director with Veritas Collaborative are Provides clinical supervision to Psychotherapist. Provides supervision to case managers and oversight of case management functions. In collaboration with Human Resources and the Clinical Director, provide supervision, support and coaching to employees as assigned.
