Property Maintenance Supervisor - (Concord, CA)

Hodges Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The property maintenance supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of maintenance staff who perform highly diversified duties to maintain, troubleshoot and repair all aspects of residential properties. The property maintenance supervisor will be involved in all aspects of the maintenance including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC, unit turns, repairs, inspection related needs and all routine and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical integrity of the property and grounds. The Property Maintenance Supervisor will: Directs employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
