HVAC Technician - (Springfield, MA)

Job description - HVAC Technician Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all Building MEP systems and equipment with a primary focus on HVAC equipment and systems. This includes but is not limited to: chillers, cooling towers, fans, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers and controls Key functions Perform maintenance and repairs to all mechanical equipment and systems Regular attendance at assigned location Perform extensive troubleshooting of all site-wide HVAC equipment and associated systems Works closely with subcontractors to coordinate and ensure clients procedures are safely followed Assure that all personnel assigned to the building(s) work in a safe manner and in a safe environment. Promote a culture of safety in all employee communications. Performs maintenance work orders, building tours and documents on appropriate logs and/or forms.
