HVAC Technician - Santa Clara - (Santa Clara, CA)

OverviewUnder occasional supervision, installs, monitors, tests, maintains and repairs heating, ventilation, a-c and refrigeration (HVAC & R) systems throughout the Park.Performs related work as required. Reports to the Facilities Maintenance Technician Foreperson.Requirements Driver's License CPR Certification Expertise to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law. Expertise to pass a experience investigation, if eighteen years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law. Expertise to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.Responsibilities Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals such as the immediate supervisor, other Park supervisors and staff, co-workers, guests, vendors, contractors, etc.
