PHARMACY HELPDESK SPECIALIST Full-time position located in Jefferson City that requires evening or weekend hours. Responsible for working with medical professionals to process drug authorization requests by telephone and facsimile. Applicant must be computer proficient and have good written and oral communication abilities. Previous customer service, utilization review, and healthcare requirements required. Pharmacy Technician or LPN required. CLINICAL SERVICES HELPDESK RN TEAM LEAD Full-time position Mon. - Fri., 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. located in Jefferson City. Responsible for working with healthcare professionals to review drug authorization requests. This position will assist with providing education and acts as a team lead to call center staff. Applicant must be computer proficient and have good written and oral communication abilities. Position mandates a RN, previous customer service, utilization review, and healthcare experience desired.
