We're hiring an experienced technical editor who can develop and implement end-to-end editorial processes for user interface text, help center content, and learning material. About the Job Develop and manage an editorial model that results in great content for Avalara's customers, partners, and employees. * Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across Avalara to define, develop and maintain technical editorial standards * Identify best practices for multiple properties and content types, including user interface text, help content, and training. * Review documentation before and after publication for style and readability * Establish an efficient and productive editorial process * Develop standards for a diverse author pool to make it easy for contributors to deliver consistently high quality content * Develop and implement a communications protocol to inform authors and stakeholders
