PM Green Bay Caregiver needed! - De Pere - (De Pere, WI)

Right at Home currently--looking to add a dependable, skilled, part time PM short (3 hour) shift Caregiver/CNA to work with a quadriplegic client in the Green Bay area either 2-3 days or 5-7 days a week. Additional hours available if interested.--The role of the CNA/Caregiver includes various personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care. This person would assist with personal cares and ROM--as well as helping the client re-position and transfer via motor chair and hoyer lift.--Essential FunctionsPerforms personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):Personal hygiene- bathing, oral care, skin and hair care.
