Child Care Workers All Shifts Lancaster - Robert F. Kennedy Children's Action CorpsOverview: We are seeking Child Care Workers for our programs on our Lancaster Campus. All Shifts 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm & 11pm -7am available. When applying specify shift of interest. Child Care Workers are responsible for direct supervision of residents and providing safe, pro-social, and age appropriate activities.The children who come to stay at the Lancaster Campus are often extremely fragile. Employees concentrate on gaining each child's trust as they engage them throughout every aspect of their day - residence, play, therapy, and school. In addition to having the only adventure education physical challenge course, the Lancaster Campus has a NYPUM (National Youth Project Using Minibikes) program.
