The Millsdale Plant has a job opening for a Senior Production Engineer Stepan is currently seeking a Production Engineer for our Millsdale Plant located in Elwood, Illinois.-- The Production Engineer will provide technical support to a production area to assure stable operations and provide continuous improvement.-- The key responsibilities for the Senior Production Engineer role include: Provide and facilitate technical process and equipment troubleshooting solutions using sound analytical troubleshooting methodsParticipate in and provide technical support for Root Cause Failure Analysis investigations Responsible for utilizing statistical process methods to verify control of batch and continuous processes.
