RN Educator-Skilled Nursing Units - (Baton Rouge, LA)

We are seeking a RN, to educate and train staff, who is proven to provide EXCELLENT service BRGMC recognizes the unique skills a Registered Nurse (RN) must encompass for the care of the geriatric resident population. The successful applicant will strengthen their leadership skills by educating and training staff to promote and maintain quality patient care in accordance with policies, practices and standards of BRGMC. The RN functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Care Team and regularly communicates with teammates in regards to the care and treatment of the resident. LICENSE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL QUALIFICATIONS Current Louisiana RN Licensure, BLS certified, background with a skilled nursing facility strongly preferred.
