Role Purpose: The Director provides leadership in assuring department alignment in achieving organizational expectations of employee engagement, distinctive patient services, provision of quality and safe services and fiscal responsibility. The principal role of the Director in achieving organizational expectations is as a communicator, facilitator and translator of the organizational expectations; and assures the team leaders and staff employees have the human and fiscal resources to effectively accomplish an engaged workforce, distinctive patient services and the provisions of quality and safe services.
