The?Business Office?Director supports the delivery of quality services and the financial goals and objectives of the organization through effective day-to-day management of financial data, admission?& data processing procedures, and collections. Assignments include: Completes the business office procedures associated with the patient admission process;? supervises admissions staff (financial counselors); ensures appropriate financial criteria are met prior to patients completing the admission process Oversees and directs the collections and data processing functions; manages in-house collection efforts to meet organization?s business goals & corporate established collection and net days in accounts receivable goals Effectively initiates resolution of account problems without supervision; Identifies trends with patient account issues and implement corrective actions Direct staff supervision Join our team and discover a rewarding, fulfilling career.
