SVP Institutional Sales Team Leader - (Boston, MA)
Company is looking for a dynamic leader to help us expand and diversify our Institutional client base! This position will be responsible for building and leading a team of Sales and Relationship Management professionals and help drive business development and the direct sale of Banking and Treasury Management solutions. This role would be primarily focused on developing relationships with Corporate banking clients and other adjacent client sectors. The successful applicant will have strong existing personal relationships with potential client targets and a demonstrated background to build and manage a highly effective sales team. This is a great opportunity for an independent self-starter to start a new client pillar here at Company using entrepreneurial skills to operate independently while still contributing to a team effort! Essential Duties : Prospect and network to create relationships that will drive new deposit gathering opportunities across the Institutional Banking Division.
