VP of Growth Strategy & Development - (Milwaukee, WI)

Position summary Company is growing. We seek a dynamic, strategically-minded leader to be a thought-partner and key driver in the creation and execution of our growth plan. The Vice President of Growth Strategy and Development will develop (with the National Leadership Team) a growth plan encompassing individual, philanthropic, and earned-income streams, and will build, lead, coach, and mentor our development team as they execute on this plan. Serving as a member of the national senior leadership team, the VP will report directly to the CEO.
