Opportunities for Growth!.This position performs a variety of unskilled and semi skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment related to the medical field. - Perform preventative maintenance on schedule as assigned.- Performs minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and medical equipment repairs as assigned.- Maintains and cleans storage areas. Moves furniture and assists setting up rooms for facility meetings.- Painting of all areas- Interacts with residents in a cheerful and positive manner- other duties as assigned by Director of Maintenance
