Position overview BROOKFIELD APARTMENTS-IMMEDIATE AVALIBILITY The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the physical upkeep of the community and is under the direction of the Property Manager. He or she must maintain and operate all mechanical equipment and supervise all maintenance employees.
