Bridgeton, MO Customer Service Representative Job details: To serve as the primary single-source contact for Hogan customers, soliciting freight to match current and future capacity in their region, maintain accurate detailed info as to the customer's needs and constraints as they relate to the pick-up and delivery of products. Maximize revenue by efficiently matching capacity and demand within region. Strive for 100% on time service and maximize utilization of drivers and equipment while keeping deadhead within the company expectations. Job assignments: Maintain an accurate customer contact Input load info to be used by Fleet Managers and Solicit freight to achieve capacity/demand balance and maximize Scheduling and re-scheduling of loads as Match demand with current and future capacity in an area with consideration given to: safe operations and hours of service issues, maximize available revenue to pick up and deliver freight by minimizing deadhead, on-time pick-up and delivery
