Job overview What is the opportunity? As a Director of Service Delivery, Telecommunication and Network Services with RBC Wealth Management, you will be accountable for the ongoing design, delivery and operations of the global network and video/voice infrastructure utilized RBC Wealth Management and all other RBC affiliates. You will provide the technical delivery, supply chain management, client engagement and project governance as it relates to Telecommunication & Network Services projects, business requests and operational activities. As Director of the TNS group heads up a regional team, you will lead the deployment of data networking, voice and video solutions to support RBC Wealth Management, drive a trusted service-provider mentality with internal clients, leverage automated processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely provisioning of services.
