Sensory Products Consumer Researcher/Sensory Scientist - (Richmond, VA)

We are currently seeking an experienced Sensory Product Consumer Researcher/Sensory Scientist to join our Consumer Insights and Engagement team in Richmond, VA. The selected applicant will play a key role in managing, designing and executing research studies designed to produce actionable consumer insights supporting product development and research. Specific accountabilities include: - Collaborating with cross functional teams to clearly define the sensory research strategy, scope of work for product research, and deliverables. - Good written, oral and presentation skills. - A min of 3 yrs of professional expertise in consumer product research (preferably in a consumer goods company). - A deep knowledge of 1 of the following technical areas: sensory evaluation methods (discrimination testing, descriptive analysis etc.), statistics (experimental design, hypothesis testing etc.), psychology, qualitative and quantitative consumer research methods.
