Employer is seeking an Agile Mainframe Software Developer / Test Architect to help drive the strategy and methodology for highly effective quality practices across the organization. The Test Architect possesses significant hands-on test automation background as well as leadership background. The required professional foundation is ATDD or BDD automated testing of Mainframe Applications, REST APIs and SOAP Web Services using Java-based frameworks. Background with DevOps practices and CICD is a considerable advantage.--Main responsibilities --- Accountable to software engineering leadership for quality engineering strategy from a technical perspective --- Specify frameworks and test automation tools --- Recommend training and serve as a mentor to test automation engineers --- Support multiple sprinting teams to ensure consistent quality practices --- Lead adherence to ATDD practices --- Partner with Product Owners
