IP/Patent Partner with trademark experience - (Sarasota, FL)

Sarasota office of our client seeks intellectual property/patent partner with background. The applicant will serve in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications with a concentration in the mechanical arts, U.S. and foreign trademark applications, and copyright applications. Will handle various intellectual property disputes, including trademark opposition proceedings, patent and trademark litigation, and domain name disputes. Background should include the negotiation and drafting of various types of agreements relating to the transfer and licensing of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
