Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of commercial foreclosure experience - (Melville, NY)

Melville office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 4+ years of courtroom background. The applicant will be responsible for handling contested/litigated matters for the Firm. Will handle a portion of New York Commercial Foreclosure litigation. Attend trials and hearings. Taking and defending depositions. Attend hearings, mediations and other duties as assigned. Assist with other duties and special projects as needed. Foreclosure background is a plus. Should be a Member of the New York Bar while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education qualifications. Must be proficient in drafting pleadings, briefs, affidavits, discovery, proposed orders, as well as correspondence, memoranda, and opinion letters.
