Position overview: At Carrington Mortgage Services, we are one of the nation's largest mortgage servicers. As an Inside Sales Rep you will be contacting our existing book to lower payments, reduce terms, and save interest on those we service. There is inbound traffic and outbound dials in a call center environment. We have a work hard, play hard mentality with one of the most generous comp plans in the industry. Inside sales representatives work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Sales representatives primarily focus on our own customers, but may work to find new sales leads to bring purchase or refinance through client referrals, etc. Inside sales reps are knowledgeable, well-spoken and ready to close the deal.
