JOB SUMMARY CBRE|Heery seeks an Architectural Designer I for the Raleigh, NC office. The Architectural Designer is responsible for daily design or technical development of projects under the supervision of a licensed architect. This position will support facility condition assessments, move management, furniture/fixture coordination and the preparation of construction documents for design projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare 2D and 3D design materials. Develops solutions to technical and design problems. Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with material selection and system research. Works with the project architect to develop production drawings.
