Junior Process Engineer - (Morgan Hill, CA)

* Good understanding of the printed circuit board assembly processes including: solder paste printing, solder paste inspection, placement, reflow profiling per IPC acceptability qualifications* SMT tooling management and support* Understanding various PCBA process types (water soluble, no-clean, lead-free) for Medical customers* Provide operation and programming supports as needed for various PCBA manufacturing equipment:* Solder Paste Inspection machine* Pick & Placement machine* Reflow Oven profiling (using KIC 24/7 or ECD Mole)* BGA rework machine* X-ray machine * Follow 5S and lean manufacturing concepts* Work with other process engineers for quality improvement projects on defect reduction* Work with other process engineers on equipment preventative maintenance* Monitoring PCBA daily quality and feedback to the PE/ME team Qualifications:* Excellent background in PCBA contract manufacturing* Knowledge of Word and Microsoft excel
