Director of Organizational Development & Learning - (Port St Lucie, FL)

DUTIES: Responsible for planning, coordination and oversight of staff development and training activities. Oversee training needs assessments, research and identify in-service and trainings to meet the needs of staff within the organization. Conduct follow-up studies of all completed trainings to evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of tools. Manage the annual training budget. Participate in development, design and delivery of the Florida Child Welfare Pre-Service training curriculum for child welfare staff. Coordinate and track child welfare certification activities. Participate on the Florida Certification Board Advisory Council and as a member of the ethics sub-committee.
