Responsibilities Ensure installers are in compliance with company, program, and state rules/regulations Conducts weekly tailgate safety meetings Dispense warehouse material and manage inventory Monitor crews activity to maintain a high degree of quality and productivity Establish methods to meet work schedules Recommend measures to improve productivity/quality Resolve work problems Train staff in job assignments, safety procedures, and policies
