Avionics Maintenance Technician - (Perryville, MO)

Position overview This job necessitates a basic to strong level of knowledge in aircraft avionics and instrument systems. This includes varying amounts of parts replacement or repair, electrical troubleshooting, inspection of aircraft or systems and general avionics installation. Position responsibilities will vary each day and will encompass projects as designated by the Lead or Manager and Technicians must be able to operate independently. Essential Job Functions Perform avionics installation, maintenance and repair on systems and components as determined by the aircraft work scope. This shall include, but not be limited to items such as removal and installation of panels and components and repair work. Inspect and evaluate the aircraft avionics and systems. Build and install electrical wires. Install and integrate avionics systems or components with existing systems. Perform operational and function checks.
