Day Porter/Maintenance Palm Beach Full-time TamCare Services a successful commercial cleaning company that has been in business since 1994 Is looking for a proactive, self-motivated, neat in appearance person to provide Porter service at 1 of our buildings located in Palm Beach Florida. Opportunity for advancement. Full-time position with Health benefits, paid vacations and holidays 40 hours per week Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. Overtime available. Opportunity for advancement Responsibilities ---Keep property clean, safe and presentable ---Clean and restock restrooms throughout the day ---Clean and maintain all common areas, stairs, entrance lobby, elevator and, parking area per the schedule ---Provide lite duty maintenance. Painting, repair holes, replace lights, replace broken dispensers, replacement of water faucets, toilet fixtures and door knobsand any other required maintenance to maintain building. --- Respond to any emergencies inside tenets office space and common area.
