HVAC Technician - Mercersburg - (Mercersburg, PA)

Mercersburg Academy seeks a full time HVAC Technician for it's 300 acre campus. This new position reports to the supervisor of Building Trades and is responsible for performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of commercial and residential equipment including: refrigeration, a-c, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, fan coil units, intake and exhaust fans, BMS controls, and air compressors throughout the campus.Min requirements include: High-school degree or equivalent required. At least five years experience as an HVAC Technician.HVAC Level Universal Required. Requires valid driving license and state-mandated experience clearances. Computer literacy with knowledge of Trane or Johnson Controls software, Microsoft office suite and email communication systems.Will be required to learn and use web-based campus work order system.
