Sr. Manager Solutions Engineer - (Cary, NC)

What you'll be doing... You'll be leading a team of engineers responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of wireless technology and network solutions for our largest business customers. Working with both internal and external customer teams, you'll identify sales opportunities, develop appropriate customer solutions, and implement and support the solutions after the close of the sale. You will also provide the technical direction and oversight necessary for successful project completion, delegating work as appropriate for internal and external program execution. Communicating and translating functional and operational goals into team goals and providing the support and guidance necessary for optimal team performance.
