Lead, Coding Analytics Position Purpose: Support business initiatives through data analysis and presentation as needed by department to capture trends and maintain workload Participate in development of thresholds and standardized metrics for quantity and quality production ensuring production and quality standards are met Audit department based on metrics, coach team, and calibrate department for improved production and best practices Develop and incorporate best practices to improve work processes and standard operating procedures Assist trainer-auditors in developing and maintaining both training and auditing materials Allocate and oversee the workload production process, including workload distribution, time tracking / production tracking, and reporting Identify and problem-solve system issues impacting Centene's expertise to process claims through adjudication.
