JOB DETAILS: Reporting to theDirector of Table Games, the Table Games Shift Manager will assist in leadingthe floor install for the grand opening as well as the ongoing operation oftable games at Horseshoe Baltimore. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES (PLEASE LIST POSITIONTITLES): Table Games AssistantShift Managers, Table Games Supervisors, Dual Rate Supervisors, and Dealers KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsiblefor supporting the Director of Table Games in all departmental initiativesrelated to the casino grand opening including hiring, training, andprocess/procedure development Fills inin the Directors absence Responsiblefor overseeing ongoing daily operation of Dealers Academy Responsiblefor assisting in leading the Table Games operation post opening Maintainsworking knowledge of all local jurisdictional gaming laws (federal, state, andlocal) and attendant regulations as well as company internal controls Managesall operations and personnel on assigned shift Coachesdirect reports in pertinent skills of operations, marketing
