Clinical Nurse Manager-Skilled Care - (Lancaster, PA)

Willow Valley Communities is located in Lancaster, PA Be an exceptional leader with Willow Valley in nursing management.------ Ideal candidate will have a current PA Registered Nurse license and 2-five years clinical background in Longterm Care/Memory Support in a supervisory role.-- Assignments include coordinating resident care from admission to discharge, maintaining facility standards of care and Department of Health regulatory qualifications. Supervises and monitors daily 24 hour resident care delivery nursing teammates. Supervises and manages nursing team player performance through performance appraisals, counseling, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. RN licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, 2-five years clinical background, preferably in a Longterm Care setting & with Alzheimer/dementia care background wanted, supervisory and team building background wanted.
