Employer is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for Western Wyoming Community College a growing community college campus in South Western Wyoming. Located just down the road from the Flaming Gorge National Recreation area and close to world class hiking, hunting and outdoor adventures. This campus features a newly renovated Resident Dining program serving 300 students on meal plans plus Retail Food operations and Catering. This position will focus on production and direct daily operations, ordering and inventory. The executive chef works closely with the general manager and assumes the general managers responsibilities in their absence. Great opportunity for a food focused, creative, organized chef.
