Village Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor - Full Time - (Asheville, NC)

Full-time : a position averaging 35 hours a week. The Housekeeping Supervisor will provide leadership for staff and requires an individual interested in providing world class customer service and professionalism. Supervisors will motivate, coach and develop associates using a consistent, approachable demeanor; handle escalated guest service recovery issues; and will provide general administrative assistance and support to staff and leadership. In addition, Supervisors will coordinate scheduling and breaks, maintain paperwork/reporting, cover duties for staff as needed, and perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications -- High-school diploma required. Additional education, training and/or certification(s) preferred. -- At least 2 (2) years of related hospitality background, including some hotel background. An equivalent combination of education/background may be considered. Ideal candidate will have worked in upscale hotel/resort/attraction setting.
