Security Officer - (Santa Rosa Beach, FL)

SECURITY OFFICER- HOA COMMUNITY SOUTHEAST WALTON COUNTY Currently seeking experienced (preferred) security officer to join our team. Assignments include effective patrol of residential areas including streets, foot paths, private beach pavilions and beach areas. Officers must promote safety and security, enforce HOA rules and regulations, deter misconduct, and safeguard property. Officers will provide protection, assistance, info and miscellaneous services to the homeowners, guests and visitors using outstanding communication abilities. Duties include but not limited to: Responding to emergency calls, utility issues (e.g. water leaks, power outage) safety violations or hazards, accidents, loitering or trespassing, security related deficiencies (e.g. unsecured doors/windows, alarms, inoperative lighting, etc), theft or other crimes against persons, intoxicated persons, enforcement of parking rules, golf cart rules. Generating incident reports for significant events requiring documentation.
