Minimum requirements Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent background) plus a min of two years of relevant background; or Master's degree. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
